com\u00e9rcio e servi\u00e7os associados\u00bb, visa apoiar investimentos que estimulem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolvimento de atividades n\u00e3o agr\u00edcolas nas zonas rurais, fomentando o emprego, o turismo, o com\u00e9rcio local e os servi\u00e7os de proximidade, contribuindo simultaneamente para o refor\u00e7o da coes\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica e social.<\/p><p>A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o especifica foi aprovada pela Portaria n.\u00ba 247\/2025\/1, de 30 de maio, na sua reda\u00e7\u00e3o atual, de acordo com o determinado pela al\u00ednea b) do n.\u00ba 3 do art.\u00ba 3.\u00ba do Decreto-Lei n.\u00ba 12\/2023, de 24 de fevereiro.<\/p><p>A candidatura deve ser submetida atrav\u00e9s do <a href=\"https:\/\/fundosparaagricultura.pt\/login-autenticacao-govpt\">Balc\u00e3o dos
